Model 231, implemented with Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, represents an important prevention tool for companies operating on Italian territory.

Compliance Law 231 provides for the adoption of an Organisation, Management and Control Model aimed at preventing and mitigating the risk of committing crimes by employees and directors. Its adoption has become increasingly fundamental over the years to ensure ethical and responsible corporate management.

The key elements that distinguish the Model 231 are:

risk mapping, adoption of internal protocols, staff training,

the appointment of a Supervisory Body (SB) in charge of monitoring compliance with the provisions contained in the Model itself.
